When we use it for half day = 12 hours
Total kW use for that AC operation :
768 watt x 12 h/1000 = 9.216 kWh
Electricity cost for half day operation:
9.216 kWh x IDR 1,000 = IDR 9,216
Then for a month we should pay : 30 x IDR 9,216 = IDR 276,480 (1 unit AC)
For 100 unit will cost : IDR 276,480 x 100 = IDR 27,480,000

Hotter water temperature that flow in the piping systems faster the water will
lost heat energy throught piping area. It will correlated with boiler heat load as
well as fuel consumption will increased gradually

Simple step :
1.Turn of equipment, lighting, water tap when it not use
2.Maximize using day lights on the offices (except the offices in the basement)
3.Control and adjust AC temperature setting to 23 – 24oC–that still comfort for
works
4.Control and adjust hot water temperature to 50 – 55oC 
5.Never over load of refrigerator and never obstruct aircirculation inside the unit
6.Periodically cleaning and maintenance of AC unit, refrigerator, water heater
7.Keep the room close properly when using air conditioner
8.Report immediately problems that found related with electricity and water
